Puppet era

I keep sitting down to write something and then getting distracted thinking about puppets. I also think that I deserve accommodations at work and those accommodations are as follows:

  1. I can use a puppet whenever I want
  2. I get to have a DJ soundboard (even in meetings)

Me when my boss said I couldn't have a DJ soundboard:

a small soft jester with a porcelain face, which bears a displeased expression

In other news, I am looking at jobs online, but my backup plan is to pay $2000 to go live in a tent and make puppets for around a month. I wonder if they would let me pay in poems instead. More places should allow that. I should be getting more for less. Or maybe poems should be worth more than stupid paper money? Abolish regular money! It's time to make the jump to paper poems backed by a substantial reserve of valuable collectible clowns and beloved poets' hair!
